2015 State of Healthcare: An Apple Perspective

Our office is approaching its 29th anniversary and over those years we have seen so many changes to the healthcare system. At Apple, we put a lot of time and energy into making sure that you receive top quality care and measurable results in exchange for your time, trust, and efforts. However, as a patient, you should know that this means that our office is constantly innovating to make the healing process as effective as it can be. apple

In 1986, when Dr. Chris first founded the practice, he ran his business with a yellow legal pad and two assistants. Today, our office provides jobs for 35 employees and we cross five disciplines of medical care. We use the latest software and office management systems and are leaders in multidisciplinary care. We strive to be top-notch because research has proven that the human body responds better when the provider is open to other avenues of healing and all of you have benefited from this team effort. How many of you found that your chiropractic adjustments when combined with massage, or strengthening exercises, or trigger point injections, or orthotics, or cold laser therapy helped you to heal faster and stay well longer?

Today our office is faced with the challenge of adapting to changing insurance rules and regulations. Our business office works tirelessly to make sure you are getting the most out of your insurance and the services you need are covered. Our providers are diligently taking ever-more-thorough notes about your personal care to appease insurance regulations. Our staff continues to hone their skills so our team functions as a reliable healing machine with the quality of your care at the center of our attention.

You have probably noticed changes as well. For you, these changes mean an increase in paperwork or more of an interest in your overall wellness. Insurance companies and federal regulations require more information about your personal case. Also, advances in medical technology like diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral artery disease testing provide us new insights into what may be impeding your healing. Thank you for your patience and support as we adapt our practice. We are continually working to serve the greater good.

2015 is a year for us to tighten our gears, so to speak. We are working to make our office more efficient and to continue to serve you as best as we can. Thank you for your referrals and your trust.
